During the trips to and from the Moathouse these are the tidbits learned of your NPC's.
Spugnoir
Spugnoir (age 19) shares he is from Tethyr originally, he had travelled to Homlett to seek his fortune as he had heard tales of the history of the area and thought there might be undiscovered riches to uncover in exploring the ruins.
He seems honestly happy about joining the group, as he really didn't like the idea of exploring alone.
Turuko & Kobort
Turuko is originally from Shou, he was swept up by the Tuigan Horde that made their way Westward as a slave/servant. It was in the Dales where Kobort's raiding party managed to free him and several others. Kobort and him made fast friends and have been making their way Westward ever since slowly meanadering about the country side seeking their fortunes.
Elmo
Elmo shares he has lived in Homlett all his life, his brother Otis is the big time adventurer in the family though.
Anyone observant will notice outside of town the town drunk image quickly fades away and he seems all business and at home in the woods, but quickly reaapeared when they got near the town's edge.
Even Alinor is suprise at how easily and quietly the big man moves in his blackened Chainmail.
To Imzel's eyes, she can tell he is a trained fighter skilled in woodcraft.
Ug when he was looking at their loot previousily and detecting magic could see there was magic about Elmo but couldn't concentrate on him without giving it away.
When asked about Homlett he lets it known his father is the Captain of the Town Militia that's why he was allowed to drink at the mayor's table the night before.
Being observant most of the party will come to realize he watches those that joined the party in Homlett, but doesn't seem as concerned with those that had arrived under the orders from Verbobonc.
Elmo’s Story
(This is told to the survivors of the Moathouse final battle – Ugh / Kobort / Furnok / Spugnoir)
The group having proved itself in the battles of the Moathouse decides to share his mission with them, after taking their prisoners to the Church of Torm he uses a side meeting room there to tell them.
He is an agent of the Viscount of Verbobonc, the same that had sent the group on their mission. He had been alerted to their arrival via a sending spell. His brother Otis and him are both agents, but he hadn’t heard from his brother in a month. Last hearing he was investigating some river pirates around Nulb and might be out of contact for a while.
It was easy for him to come back to the town as a failed adventurer turning to a life of drink as he wouldn’t have been the first to leave the small town and return that way. Only his father and Jaroo (the Druid) know of the brothers being agents.
