So thinking of what to do for my char and his classes, would people be angry if I were to use sunder much? I know it risks cutting into loot available so i dont want to create problems in game that could be stopped by asking beforehand.

The only rule of thumb for it is if we use it, the DM can as well. I don't have a problem with it,

So researching further into my new animal companion and training I found that they are sold into calimsham and amn as guard animals and mounts. Based on that i began looking into battle training and came across the warbeast template in MM2. This is a template to allow animals to be trained as war animals without separate listings as the warhorse has. So I would like permission to use this template. It also list a price for animals with this template at 100+75/HD the fleshracker has 4 HD 5 with the template. I am perfectly happy still paying the 1000 gp as a finders fee sort of charge. Adding this template would put my companion up to a large size making it usable as a mount for me based on its HD after becoming my companion. The other thing I would like to ask if I may use based on character research is a spell form serpent kingdoms, Venomfire. the info on venomfire is druid 3 transmutation (acid) casting time 1 standard, creature touched, cause venom or poison to become caustic dealing 1d6 acid damage per caster level.

The spell Vemon Fire is ok. The template is interesting. Use the new price from the template for procurement. You'll need the funds for barding, magical enchamnents, and the like. Keep in mind, winter is coming for new module. You'll be in December and we know how cold blooded creatures handle the snow. I also suggest magically enhancing the natural attacks.

Based on the research I've done on venomfire/fleshraker combo, I will be altering the spell slightly in one of three ways.
First: The spell will cap at 10d6 like fireball does, and altering the duration of the spell from hours per caster level to rounds per caster level.
Second: The spell will cap at 10d6 like fireball does, altering the duration of the spell from hours per caster level to 10 minutes per caster level, and only allowing one poison attack (either 1 claw or tail poison attack to have the added acid damage if target creature has more than one attack that deals out poison) for the target creature. Multiple uses of the spell will not place it on another poison attack of the same target creature.
Third: The spell will cap at 10d4 like 3rd level spells do normally, leaving the duration to remain at hours per caster level, damage will be reduced to 1d4 acid damage per two caster levels (ex. caster level 10 will have 5d4 acid damage), and only allowing one poison attack (either 1 bite, 1 claw, or tail poison attack to have the added acid damage if target creature has more than one attack that deals out poison) for the target creature. Multiple uses of the spell will place it on another poison attack of the same target creature.
I believe one of these should help balance out the spell/animal companion combination that many believe should "never be used at a table".
