Level Limits: Racial Level limits are a 10% penalty to experience points at the time they reach their racial limit in the book. I use the Unearthed Aranca Racial Limits Tables for this.
    Example a Half-Elf Cleric with a 18 Wisdom is limited to 8th level. After getting 8th level they will incur a 10% penalty on earned experience.
    If each character gets 1,000xp for a battle the Half-Elf Cleric would normally get 1,100xp with their bonus for high Wisdom.
    This penalty negates the bonus. The Half-Elf cleric would only receive 1,000xp.
    If the Half-Elf Cleric only had a 14 Wisdom (non-exceptional) he would only receive 900xp with the Penalty.
Setting Ancient Greece: Greek Pantheon is the primary. If you wish to have another pantheon; 1 come up with a good back story how you came to Greece and the other ones possible would be Roman (Italy Region), Celtic(UK Region), Egyptian(Egypt Region), Finnish(Sweden/Finland Region), Norse(Norway/Sweden/Finland Regions), or Sumerian(Mongolian Steepes Region).
Encumbrance: Keep it within reason I won't worry about it. You do have to plan for hauling treasure hoards if you come across any before your inevitable deaths .
    i.e. No one is carrying 100,000 coins on their body alone. A Portable Hole holds 100,000 coins.
Selling Items:
Normal Gear 50% PHB Value
Gems 80% Value
Art/Jewelry 75% Value
Magic is special and highly prized by characters. They are done on case by case basis.
Buying Items:
Normal gear is available for standard PHB pricing.
Magic gear is special. There isn't a 'Godwins' on this world. Occasionally merchants will have special items of value.
Hirelings: They are recommended for your 'wagon train' of gear; setting up camps in general. They are encouraged in this edition.
Bearer/Porter: Daily 1SP / Monthly 1GP
Pack Handler: Daily 2SP / Monthly 3GP
Teamster: Daily 5SP / Monthly 5GP
