godwin bigredjedi jentral mj talen timthemageFacts From Drelin's Ferry to Brindol it is 100 miles. There are three towns/villages on the Dawn's Way to Brindol. (Terrelton / Nimon's Gap / Talar) Nimon's Gap is at a river crossing. Currently any scouting will say about a half a tenday lead on the main body of the horde. This takes into account your trapping Drellin's Ferry. You have a long train of folks ahead of you, currently you are riding with the rearguard. Currently it has been suggested investigating (the solider who came into Drellin's Ferry) the reported road block North on the Old Rhest Road. If you leave the rearguard immediately you party can make Brindol in three days. In 2 1/2 days you could be at Talar and turn North to the Old Rhest Road. If you stay with the rearguard it will be nearly a tenday to get to Brindol. The Captain Anitah is determined to maintain the rearguard to protect the people on the road as long as possible.

I propose we leave the rear guard in the capable hands of Captain Soranna and Jorr and speed towards Brindol (I know you all are chomping at the bit to sell) then speed north along the Rhest Trail to learn about the northern road block. If Brindol is to receive any support from neighbors it will come from this way the fastest. We can secure this route and take a prisoner to learn what we may. Also we'll be close the elven boarders and may make an ally. Lastly there is name on the map we found at Vraath Keep in the area, Saarvith, perhaps a northern commander's location.
